Jim:   I like that one! I like that one!... It's propane. Everytime I've recommended a propane stock, including Suburban Propane Partners LP (SPH)... These are fantastic stocks that have great yields. Now I know that my friend, Mike Price, from the Price School of Business, where we were down at the University of Oklahoma, has said that many of these are fully priced. I still look at them as great bond alternatives, particularly to propane and the toll-taking ones.

Jim:   Well, they've been trashing my man, Brian Moynihan, who I was hoping was going to run it. They ran some sort of ridiculous article in the New York Post about him yesterday not being a lawyer. There are guys slagging this guy left and right, so obviously he's the right choice. Bank of America needs a CEO... Once again, a stock that I own for ActionAlertsPlus.com, my charitable trust... is going to go up... and they pay TARP. All the TARP paying banks are doing better than everybody else is... I want to own Bank of America. I think they'll pick the right guy. They ought to stop slagging him though. It's really ridiculous.

Jim:   A123... played out. We're done with A123. We had a really great play. We bought it on the IPO, and then we sold it, which is what I want to do with a lot of these IPOs, including Hyatt today. Remember how we do things, remember how we do things... We don't look back. We take the money off the table... we are absolutely thrilled... and we go buy a sweater.

Jim:   Listen, First Niagra is good to go. I think this company... actually, in my new book, Getting Back To Even, First Niagra is one of the banks that I say you should buy... continue to do the homework... and buy and homework... Why?  Because it's a solvent bank, on which the FDIC is going to have to rely... because there are many, many more banks that are going to go under. I want to buy FNFG. I think the management's great. Buy, buy, buy!...

Jim:   I don't know... I read an interview with the CEO the other day in The Financial Times, and the guy sounds like a fighter. I would have hit the bear one (sound button) now... I'll have to say, don't buy... don't buy, don't buy... I'll have to see this. This guy is like putting on his gloves, and he's saying, listen, come right at me... He impressed me. I want to see more from Crocs. But remember... buy Deckers Outdoor Corp. (DECK). UGGs is having a huge season. That's my favorite.
